The whole idea lies in the contrast. Nothing on the outside gives the answer away: white cream, blue and pink brushstrokes, a stork, a panda or lettering that asks a question. Inside is the colour that breaks the news: traditionally, pink means a girl and blue means a boy. That is why cutting the cake becomes the main event of the evening, with everyone gathering round the table.
To keep the suspense going to the very end, the decoration should stay neutral: blue and pink side by side, and lettering that asks rather than answers. How to keep it a surprise if you don’t know yet
Many parents-to-be want to find out at the same moment as their guests. That is easy to arrange: when you order, tell us the surprise should stay a surprise for you too — we will find out the answer from the doctor or from whoever already knows, and show you only the finished cake. It usually goes like this:
- Choose the design and size, message us on WhatsApp and mention that you don’t want to know the answer.
- Give us the contact details of the person who knows: your doctor or someone close to you — a friend, your sister or your mum.
- We get the answer directly from them and keep it from you.
- You receive the finished cake: the outside gives nothing away, and the answer is revealed when the cake is cut in front of your guests.
If you already know and are preparing the surprise for family and friends, simply include the answer in your order message. We take pre-orders only: the order form offers dates from two days ahead, and the earlier you get in touch, the easier it is to secure your date. Sunday is our day off, and on Monday the earliest collection or delivery time is 17:00.

The price depends only on the size; the complexity of the design does not change it. Choose the cake according to the number of guests:
